Upset over pet canine barking, man assaults members of neighbour’s household in Delhi’s Paschim Vihar
Delhi information: In a surprising incident, a person in Delhi’s Paschim Vihar attacked three members of his neighbour’s household after their canine barked at him. The person used an iron pipe to injure them, after first throwing a brick at them. Rakshit, the neighbour described the incident saying, “Dharamveer Dahiya is our neighbour, and was passing by our home when our pet canine who sits on the gate, barked at him. This made him very indignant, and he grabbed the canine by its tail, threw him and began beating him.”
Rakshit later intervened, after which an argument began, throughout which Dharamveer hit him with a brick. He went inside to get an iron pipe and hit two different family members other than Rakshit.
Dharamveer first hit the canine with an iron pipe, after which attacked Rakshit’s maternal uncle with the pipe, resulting from which he fell on the spot. Your entire incident was captured on CCTV. On the assertion of Rakshit, an FIR has been registered underneath sections 589, 22, 308, 323, 341 and 451 of the IPC, underneath Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act.
